Problema con Sistema de Transporte

Buenos dias gente de MUNDOSAP.

Tengo un problema con pasar ordenes a productivo. Yo creo la orden la libero me voy a la stms y la trato de pasar a productivo y se queda colgada con el camion, es decir al parecer no hay comunicacion entre sistemas. En la RZ10 tanto en D01 como en P01 tengo la ruta \\desarrollo\sapmnt\trans es decir un compartido de donde esta los data y cofiles.

Quisiera saber si alguien me puede ayudar ya tengo varias semanas con esto y no doy con el problema. Muchas Gracias.

Puedes mirar el log de la órden de transporte para tener mas detalles del porque ha fallado..

La carpeta usr/sap/trans en teoría tiene que estar compartida en red por los dos sistemas..Verificadlo..

Buenas,

En los dos sistemas esta compartido como sapmnt, pero Desde el servidor de D01 trato de entrar al compartido sapmnt en P01 y me dice que no tiene acceso, pero entrando desde P01 a D01 a la misma carpeta si me deja. Yo puse las permisologias igual y nada aun.

hola, debes revisar el ultimo SLOG que se genero en el directorio \\usr\sap\trans\log, posiblemente tengas detenido el job que genera el import del transporte. para activarlo debes ejecutar el programa RDDNEWPP, con el usuario DDIC. antes de esto revisa el log.

como te indicaba debes ejecutar el programa RDDNEWPP con el usuario DDIC en el mandante 000 y ademas en tu mandante productivo, con esto se soluciona tu problema, si revisas el log ahi te indica que no esta activo.
