Upgrade atorado en la fase start_shdi_first

Hola ojala alguien pueda ayudarme, estoy haciendo un upgrade de 4.7 a 6.0, y todo iba bien, pero cuando se corrio la fase donde se levanta la shadow instance, marco error:

ERROR: Starting system failed, rc=0
To analyse the errors during start of shadow instance,
view files 'STARTSFI.LOG' and 'DEVTRACE.LOG'
in directory 'D:\usr\sap\put\log'
Repeat phase until shadow instance is started
and you can log on instance number '01'.

y en los logs marca lo siguiente:

y tambien el dispatcher de la shadow pues de plano muere, arranca unos segundos e inmediatamente muere

Porfas ayudenme si es que alguien sabe de esto
