Aquí tienes la info que da SAP ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Customer, We have received SAP EarlyWatch Alert data packages from your SAP system containing the parameters DAM (customer number xxxxxxxxxx, installation number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx). Since January 1, 2006, SAP no longer processes SAP EarlyWatch Alert data from IDES, demo and development systems. SAP EarlyWatch Alert processing and reporting can now be completed in SAP Solution Manager only. Using SAP Solution Manager gives you the following advantages in monitoring your system landscape with SAP EarlyWatch Alert: Graphical depiction of your system landscape and a central storage location for SAP EarlyWatch Alert reports Real-time creation of reports and simple archiving (not available if your SAP EarlyWatch Alerts are handled by SAP) Service Level Management tailored to your company's individual requirements Lower data transfer costs You can find information on activating SAP EarlyWatch Alerts in SAP Solution Manager in the Configuration Guide. If you have not yet installed SAP Solution Manager and would like more information, visit the quick link /solutionmanager in the SAP Support Portal. If your SAP system has been classified incorrectly, you can modify your system type on the System Data Maintenance page in the SAP Support Portal (quick link /system-data). Please also note that from February 6, 2006, SAP is only able to process SAP EarlyWatch Alert data from customers who use load balancing. Please check this by checking your RFC connections to SAP. (To do so, follow the instructions contained in SAP Note 812386.) Detailed information on this topic can be found under the quick link /ewa-strategy. Thank you in advance for your support in this matter. Sincerely, SAP Active Global Support

Me autocontesto:
Nota 207223: 1. a) Call Transaction SDCC. Further information on SDCC can be found in note 216952. b) Please update the service definitions via the menu path 'SDCC -> Maintenance -> Refresh -> Service definitions'. During this update, the newest definitions of all remote services are fetched from the SAPNet R/3 frontend. c) You can create a service session following the menu path 'Session -> Create -> Dynamic session' and choosing the service 'EarlyWatch Alert'. To ensure a speedy transfer of the data we recommend to send EWA data between Wednesday and Saturday, so the 'start date' for the first session should be chosen accordingly. The recommended frequency for sending EarlyWatch Alert data to SAP is 'every 7 days'. Please note only that only one Earlywatch Alert session per system per day can be processed at SAP. The start time for the data download for the EWA is determined by the customizing in the Automatic Session Manager. Gracias de todas maneras. |
