We are recruiting a SAP APO consultant for an important multinational food company

MISSION

Manage the performance of services and support to customers (internal and external) and ensure that service levels are achieved. To ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Responsible for ensuring that all staff is meeting and exceeding expectations in regards to performance, meeting defined metrics/benchmarks, and that the standards and processes of the Group are followed to provide effective customer service and meet requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

1. Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP) Implementation Planning, Value Realization, Change Impacts and Process & Organizational design.
2. SAP Configuration of Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) functionality, specifically Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP), Integration and dependency of DP and SNP with other processes & systems, Solution architecture, Fit/Gap and RICEF rationalization, Functional/Technical specification creation, Standard operating procedure documentation, Unit/Integration/User acceptance testing and Post implementation support.
3. End Users' Support:
• Clarify doubts related to APO that may arise from the Business.
• Analyze the reach, impact and consequences of new requirements coming from key users according to the template defined for the Group.
•Lead/Conduct APO Business workshops.
4. Participation in new SAP projects, implementations and upgrades, including interfaces with other applications.
5. Incidences solving: Analyze, prioritize and delegate incidents and requests (corrective and enhancement).
6. New developments, including development of technical and functional documentation.
7. Training for new implementations.
8. Although APO will be main focus, the SAP role will also help with other systems activities in the SAP landscape.

 Technical degree or certifications or equivalent experience
 At least 3 years of experience in SAP APO, primarily in SNP.
 Experience in large multinational organizations.
 Ideally, experience in Consumer Goods, Food industry or FMCG companies.
 Language: fluent in English
 IT skills: ABAP and SAP Solution Manager knowledge is a plus
 Other SAP certification in APO
