Gracias por la informacion ahora si me quedo un poco mas claro el funcionamiento del EarlyWatch, aunq sin embargo te comento que en el ultimo informe que recibimos, hay un punto (Alert Message Overview) que nos hace referencia al history of activity and average response time. Checks were not performed. This is most likely due to a problem with data collection or transfer. The overall report has a yellow rating due to these unperformed checks.

Recommendation: Check the "log" for this session in the Service Data Control Center (call transaction SDCC or the new SDCCN in your system). If an error is listed, perform the Service Preparation Check. You can execute this check in the SDCC by choosing "Information -> Service prep. check", or by creating a new "Service Preparation Check" task in SDCCN.
If the check displays a missing SAP Note, implement this Note.

Aplicamos la recomendacion pero en todos los informes emitidos por el earlywatch sale como punto relevante, sera que estamos aplicando algo mal o hay que hacer otro paso para q no vuelva a suceder ni a mostrarse como alerta?
