CRM Replication BP - Z field
 

Buenas!

Tenemos algunos inconvenientes con la replicación de los BP - interlocutor comercial desde el ERP a CRM.

Se hizo una ampliación en el interlocutor del ERP, y con los mismos campos se realizó la ampliación por la EEWB en CRM.
No están llegando los valores de esos campos Z (si están disponibles en la tabla, pero cuando se replica un bp no se completan).


Se intentó hacer la ampliación de la tabla BUT000: CI_EEW_BUT000 y la CI_EEW_BUT000_X, pero tampoco funcionó

Se revisó el customizing:
que RFC estuvieran ok; los sistemas lógicos; las tablas CRMCONSUM, CRMRFCPAR, CRMPAROLTP; el registro de las queues SMQR; las activaciones de los FM en el erp (COM_BUPA_CALL_FU) y en crm (CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU).

Luego de enviar el error a SAP Active Global Support, nos devolvieron el siguiente mensaje que solucionó el problema:

I am attaching note 736595 that I would like you to review with
regard to the transfer of customer own fields.
Please follow the steps in this note, and by doing the changes on the
structures like CI_CUST and and implementing the exit DE_BALE to do the
mapping, this should work.
