ticketing tool for SAP
 

Hello,

There is a new ticketing tool available for SAP, called STA Ticket System. You can create error reports in SAP and send it as PDF, Word or email or send it to external issue tracking systems like Zendesk. All runtime information is included automatically, like system name, client, user logon name and language, program name, screen number, screen field values etc. You can attach a short dump or SU53 authorization report with a single click. Very useful!
