integracion con microsoft exchange
 

Saludos foristas,

Tengo un reporte que corre como un job de fondo diario, necesito enviar el reporte a un usuario vía correo electrónico. Qué pasos debo seguir para hacerlos a través de microsoft exchange.

Adicionalmente y a manera de cultura general, SAP se integra con otros productos como Lotus Notes, etc? ....

Según tengo entendido, SAP se integra perfectamente con cualquier servicio de mensajería. Lo que si sé seguro, es que con Exchage se integra perfectamente.
Lo primero que tienes que hacer es configurar Sapconnect. Revisa este link, está muy bien explicado y es muy fácil:

En cuanto al código abap para generar un email desde tu report, yo utilizo esta función 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'.

Con Exchange ya tiene el conector integrado desde 4.6, por ende se hace de forma natural. El procedimiento es este:

Setting up SAPconnect to Send Internet E-Mail

1. Call transaction SCOT.
2. Choose View → System status.
3. Choose Settings → Default Domain. A dialog box is displayed.
4. Specify your default domain. For example, “mydomain.com”.
5. Confirm.
6. In the Administration screen, double-click the SMTP node. A dialog box is displayed.
7. Check the box “node in use”.
8. Specify the mail host for SMTP. For example, “mail.mydomain.com”.
9. Specify a mail port. The default port is 25.
10. Choose “Set” (for “Internet”). A second dialog box is displayed.
11. Enter an asterisk (*) for “address area”.
12. Choose Continue.
13. Choose Continue.

Setting Up a Periodic Job for SAPconnect

E-mails sent from an SAP application are first sent to a queue. The queued e-mails are subsequently sent by a periodic background job.

To schedule the periodic background job sending queued e-mails:
1. Call transaction SCOT.
2. Choose View → Jobs. The SAPconnect Job Administration screen is displayed.
3. Choose Job → Create. A dialog box is displayed.
4. Specify a job name.
5. Confirm.
6. In the next window, select the variant SAP&CONNECTALL.
7. Choose Schedule job.
8. Choose Schedule Periodically. A dialog box is displayed.
9. Specify a time period. For example, 10 minutes.
10. Choose Create.

Testing the System Setup for Sending E-mail

To test whether SAPconnect is set up properly for sending e-mail:
1. Select System → Short message.
2. Send a message to your own e-mail address. Note whether any error messages are displayed.
3. In your SAPoffice Inbox, open the message that you sent, and note any error messages.
If error messages were generated, or if the test message did not arrive, set up SAPconnect, as described below and perform the test again.
If no error messages were generated, set up the SAP Solution Manager for sending e-mail, as described in slide Automatic E-mailing of Reports

Además de ello debes hacer una regla en el Exchange que haga foward de los mails que envias de los sistemas SAP.
