Error al instalar Sap logon 730
 

Buenos días,

Estoy instalando la versión 730 de Sap logon en un equipo que tiene Windows 8 y al intentar entrar en el sistema, me da el siguiente error:

Exception condition "CNTL_ERROR" raised.
Adjunto mas abajo detalle de error.
Por favor, alguien sabe como se peude arreglar?

Aparte del sapgui 7.30 te faltaría actualizarlo al parche mas alto, ya que es posible no este detectando bien las librerías del SO.

Muchas gracias.
Tras instalar el logon 7.30, actualizamos al parche 9 que era el último que estaba liberado para esta versión de logon.

No se me ocurre por qué puede ser debido el error.

Solo te falla en ese windows 8?

Podrías revisar la nota 889989, es posible que te este pasando algo parecido.

Por que no intentas con el 7.4 parche 1? igual y te da menos problemas.

Falla con Windows 8 y Windows XP por el momento.
Miro la nota que indicáis y os digo.
He leído que Windows 8 Home Edition no es compatible con Sap Logon
Pero siempre nos ha funcionado.
Parece que algo que instalamos de algún programa adicional no es compatible con SAP.
